Depending on the Tour Package, you can generally purchase Travel Insurance directly from our website after your package has been purchased. We do recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your package purchase against any travel-related eventualities.

Generally, packages are non-refundable. We can work with you to change the names on the reservation if you find another group that wants to take your spot. However, you are responsible for finding your replacements.

Once a refund has been approved, it typically takes 7–14 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

EB Sports will generally send out a full itinerary of the trip 3-5 days prior to tour departure date. This will include a detailed timeline of all events, important details to follow, and answers to most questions.

Yes, please contact your booking agent or EB Sports in order to customize your tour package to be without game tickets.

EB Sports is a Tour Operator and sells tickets only in conjunction with a complete tour package. We do not sell game tickets as a separate or stand-alone item.

Upgraded tickets are generally available at a premium rate. Please see your specific tour package details online for existing ticket upgrade options.

Tickets are subject to the Bowl game releasing them to the School/University. With the new playoff format, tickets are being released much later than in the past. You should expect your game tickets to be distributed only a few days prior to travel. Travel Itineraries will also note if there are further instructions for game tickets.

While we cannot guarantee all accessibilty requirements are met, we do our best in making accomodations for all. Please make sure to note your specific needs in the reservation and one of our tour specialists will be in touch.

You cannot choose a flight time. Charter flight times are assigned by the airlines and airports. They are based on many factors including available airport gates and aircraft arrival times into the departure cities.

For all of our charter flights, middle name should be listed as it appears on your government ID. A middle initial instead of the full name is also acceptable.

You can add your TSA PreCheck Known Traveler Number (KTN) in the flight notes during checkout. We pass this along to the airline on your behalf, though approval is ultimately at their discretion.

All charters include one free checked bag and one free carry-on bag with your purchase.

As of May 7, 2025, TSA requires all U.S. travelers 18+ to use a REAL ID-compliant license, Enhanced Driver's License (EDL), or valid passport for domestic flights. Non-compliant licenses will not be accepted. Look for a star marking on your card.

Yes, it is generally possible to extend your stay at the tour hotel by emailing or calling directly to EB Sports. Additional nights cannot be added to tour packages that include flight or bus transfers to and from the destination cities.

Adjoining rooms, rollaway beds and all other requests can be added into the notes of the reservation. Requests cannot be guaranteed. They are arrange on an availability basis by the hotel on check-in day.

We will do our best to add in these member numbers, however it is up to each individual property if they will authorize their use in our group bookings. Please include your membership number in your hotel notes.
